For our Reporting & Analytics group in Tunis - Tunisia, we are looking for an
Analyst - Manufacturing and Supply Chain
Your responsibilities are:
- Be a thinking partner for our engineers and consult them with quantitative insights to select optimal technical solutions
- Model and show differences regarding costs, volumes and capacities from current to future state based on input from process experts
- Point out production topics with improvement potential such as process costs, bottleneck processes or buffer size
- Manipulate production models by generating what-if scenarios to generate entry points for process/cost optimizations
- Support ad-hoc analyses for global manufacturing and supply chain analyses
- High quality and management ready preparation of data
Exigences de l'emploi:
As an ideal candidate you bring:
- Bachelor or master degree in an analytics, business or industrial field
- Able to work interactively (push-pull) with a team in different locations, being more a driver than a follower
- You are flexible and motivated with the ability to independently learn and to work in a structured way
- Very good analytic skills and knowledge of relevant software packages / languages such as SQL, Tableau or other similar tools plus good Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel and Power Point
- Experience in production environments, i.e. understanding manufacturing & supply chain processes and how to quantitatively model them
- Very good knowledge of English both orally and in writing
- Team player with good communication skills
- Attention to details combined with a healthy degree of pragmatism
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role of an international company
- Travelling will be required up to 10%
